Includes attendance to all sessions, Trade Show Launch, Conference Dinner and daytime catering on the conference days. Additional tickets for guests to attend the Trade Show Launch and/or Conference Dinner can be purchased via the online registration form.

DAY ONLY REGISTRATION (19 OR 20 OCTOBER)
Includes attendance to sessions and daytime catering on the day of the registration. Day only registrations do not include attendance at the social functions, however day delegates are welcome to purchase tickets to the Trade Show Launch and/or Conference Dinner.

Full conference registration: includes one ticket to the Trade Show Launch (Wednesday 18 October) and one ticket to the Conference Dinner (Thursday 19 October). Extra tickets for the Trade Show Launch may be purchased for guests, day delegates and members of the public. Extra tickets for the Conference Dinner may be purchased for guests and day delegates.

Members of the public registering only to attend the Trade Show Launch are to register via the separate form below. If you are registering to attend other components of the conference, you must register via either the full conference or day delegate form (see above).
Tickets for the Trade Show Launch only are $80per person
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**
Registration: Registration fees for ACCESS 2017 are being charged in Australian Dollars. All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Cancellations received prior to 6 September 2017 will be refunded less a $55 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 6 September 2017 will not be refunded, although substitute delegates are welcome.
Accommodation bookings: To take advantage of the discounted accommodation rates, bookings must be made via Iceberg Events. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events: firstname.lastname@example.org – not direct with the hotel. Any bookings outside of the conference dates (being in 18 October 2017, out 20 October 2017) will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please do so via the registration form and you will be contacted by Iceberg Events if there are any cost differences advised by the hotel.
Accommodation cancellations: must be made in writing to Iceberg Events prior to 6 September 2017. Refunds will not be made on cancellations after 6 September 2017 due to group booking policies. Substitutes are welcome.
Insurance: insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
