Standard Poster Display Guidelines
The posters will need to be A0 size (841mm x 1189mm). The layout will need to be portrait as this is the way the poster boards will be set-up at the venue.
Authors will need to bring their poster with them to the conference already printed. Authors will also need to bring their own Velcro dots to affix the poster to the display board.
Authors will be assigned a specific day of the conference to display their poster and will have entry between 7.00am and 8.00am only on the morning of the assigned day to affix their poster. The Conference Organisers will not be responsible for affixing your poster.
It is recommended the poster author be available to stand by their poster throughout all catering breaks on the allocated day, but particularly during the lunch session.
A label with room to display the author’s mobile telephone number to affix next to the poster will be provided at conference check-in. Use of these labels is not compulsory.
Check the online programme to review your scheduled presentation date. Each poster will only be presented on one day of the conference.
Posters must be removed at the following times*:
Wednesday 1 November: between 7.30pm and 8.30pm*
Thursday 2 November: between 3.15pm and 5.00pm
Friday 3 November: between 1.45pm and 4.00pm
Presenters are required to remove their poster at the end of your presentation day. The Conference Organisers will not be responsible for removing and/or returning posters left at the conference. Any posters left onsite at the end of the final day will be disposed of.
*Times are current at time of publication and subject to change at the organisers' discretion. Wednesday poster presenters are not permitted to remove their poster before the conclusion of the Welcome Reception.

A digital copy of your poster in PDF format is to be emailed toby . A reminder email will be sent to you closer to the due date.
