Day only registration includes attendance to all conference sessions on the day of choice and the trade area, daytime catering on the day of choice and a conference satchel. It does not include attendance at the Optional Masterclass Workshop, Technical Tours or Trade Night on Wednesday 11 October or the Conference Dinner on Thursday 12 October.

Technical Tours (available to all Full Registrations only)

All technical tours will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, 11 October and are included in full registrations. Places for each technical tour are limited, subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis.

Technical Tour 1 - Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre
Time: 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Technical Tour 2 - Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne
Time: 2.30pm - 4.30pm

Full registrations include a ticket to the Welcome Reception & Trade Night and Conference Dinner. Additional social function tickets can be purchased for Day Only registrations or accompanying partners.

  • Additional Conference Dinner Ticket: $150 (1 x ticket included in full registrations)

For networking purposes IHEA may make the name, position and company name of each attendee available to delegates in the form of a delegate list given to each attendee at the Conference. Please advise below if you do not wish for this to occur.

In addition your contact information (name, position, company name & email address) may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the Conference. Please advise below if you do not wish for this to occur.

The Conference Organising Committee may use photos of you at this event for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for this to occur, please refrain from being involved in photos at the Conference.
