James is a Post-Doctoral researcher evaluating BokSmart - the nationwide injury prevention programme of SA Rugby. His research interests include implementation and effectiveness research, concussion and injury epidemiology. James is currently based at the Division of Exercise Science and Sports Medicine at the University of Cape Town. When he is not at his desk, James can be found running/hiking in the mountains or surfing in the two oceans of Cape Town.
