Full Registration

Full registration includes attendance to all conference sessions, daytime catering and conference materials. Full registration also includes membership of the Australian Music & Psychology Society (AMPS) Inc.  

Full registration does not include attendance at the cocktail reception. A ticket to the cocktail reception can be purchased with your registration during the registration process.

Concession registrations must provide a scanned copy of their valid student ID to the conference organisers via brodi@icebergevents.com.au.

The Viney-Grinberg Piano Duo Concert

The internationally recognised Viney-Grinberg Piano Duo is one of the Ensembles-in-Residence at The University of Queensland. The Duo will perform for conference delegates and guests on 7 December 2017 at 6pm in the Nickson Room at the School of Music. Click here to view more about the duo. Attendance at the concert is complimentary for all conference delegates. Delegates can register their attedance via the registration form.

Cocktail Reception

The cocktail reception will be held on Thursday 7 December 2017 at The University of Queensland following the Viney-Grinberg Piano Duo concert. Canapés will be served and two drink vouchers will be provided upon entry to the function. A ticket to the cocktail reception can be purchased through the registration process.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**

Registration: Registration fees for AMPS are being charged in Australian Dollars. All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Cancellations received prior to Thursday 9 November 2017 will be refunded less a $99 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after Thursday 9 November 2017 will not be refunded, although substitute delegates are welcome.

Accommodation bookings: To take advantage of the discounted accommodation rates at NEXT Hotel, bookings must be made via Iceberg Events. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events: brodi@icebergevents.com.au – not direct with the hotel. Any bookings outside of the conference dates (being in 7 December and out 9 December) will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please do so via the registration form and you will be contacted by Iceberg Events if there are any cost differences advised by the hotel. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no-show) will incur penalties. 

Accommodation cancellations: must be made in writing to Iceberg Events 30 days prior to the start date of the event. Refunds will not be made on cancellations on or after this date due to group booking policies. Substitutes are welcome. 

Insurance: insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
