ATHS MEMBERSHIP

The Australasian TeleHealth Society (ATHS) is a ‘non-profit organisation’ that is the number one authority that keeps members up to date with developments and evidence based strategies in telehealth and is part of the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth (ISfTeH).

Professional development

Successes and Failures in Telehealth (SFT) is a premier conference event that is jointly hosted by The University of Queensland’s Centre for Online Health and the Australasian Telehealth Society.  Check with your professional organisation to ascertain if your attendance at SFT counts towards your professional development. Most organisations will accredit attendance at SFT as 1 CPD point per hour attended. This must be self-recorded and reported to your professional organisation.

**By completing your registration you are confirming your attendance at the conference and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.**

Registration
All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. A refund of Conference registration fees and social functions will be made on all cancellations received before 28 September 2017 less a $55 administration fee. Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel's policies. There will be no refunds on or after 28 September 2017 although substitute delegates are welcome. 

Accommodation
Hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival on group block bookings held for conferences and therefore any bookings made after 28 September 2017 (30 days prior to event) will be subject to availability. Iceberg Events and SFT-17 cannot be held responsible if all rooms at special rates are unavailable. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration and payment.

Cancellations & Refunds
Hotels will also be enforcing strict cancellations policies for any rooms booked over the period for this event. Iceberg Events and the Conference take no responsibility for cancellation fees incurred. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no-show) will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection.
Full payment for your entire stay must be received before accommodation will be confirmed.  If payment for hotel bookings has not been received 30 days out from the event, your accommodation booking will be released. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events (emma@icebergevents.com.au) – not direct with the hotel.
