Day only registration includes attendance at conference sessions on Tuesday 1, Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 September, day catering and conference satchel. Additional tickets must be purchased for the social functions (see below).

The welcome reception (Tuesday 1 September) and conference dinner (Wednesday 3 September) are included in all full conference registrations. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying people or day only registrations.

Special accommodation rates are available for conference delegates at the Iceberg Hotel.

If you are travelling overseas for this event, you may be required to hold a Visa to enter Australia. To check if this is required, please visit the Department of Immigration and Border Protection by clicking here. The Organisers do not hold any responsibility to denied applicants, or to those who do not apply and are denied entry to Australia. This process is external from your registration. The Organisers also suggest that all delegates check their passport dates to ensure you will be permitted entry into Australia. If you passport is expired or close to expiry, please contact your issuing Government body to arrange renewal.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**
All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund of registration fees and social functions will be made on all cancellations received before 1 August 2020 less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds after 1 August 2020 although substitute delegates are welcome.
It is the responsibility of the delegate for travel arrangements to and from the conference. It is recommended that personal travel insurance is taken out for your travel arrangements. Iceberg Events and the Healthcare and Social Media Summit take no responsibility for any fees incurred as part of your travel to and from, or attendance at, the conference.
Hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival on group block bookings held for conferences and therefore any bookings made after 30 days prior to event will be subject to availability. Iceberg Events cannot be held responsible if all rooms at special rates are unavailable. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration and payment.
Accommodation cancellations are not available within 30 days of your check-in, however substitutes are welcome. Please contact Iceberg Events on the below details to enquire or advise of a cancellation or substitute for your accommodation booking.
Please note that any bookings outside of the conference dates will be subject to the hotels availability and best available daily rate.
For networking purposes the Organising Committee may make the name, position title and organisation of each attendee available to the delegates and sponsors in the form of a delegate list.
The Organising Committee may use photos of you at this event for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for this to occur, please refrain from being involved in photos at the Summit.
