Conference Exhibition

$3,200 INC GST - MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES 

Our trade exhibition is a well visited area of the conference where delegates eat and network with colleagues during all catering breaks and all social functions held in the exhibition area. A passbook with a prize encourages delegates to visit each trade exhibitor enhancing your ability to network with delegates. A limited number of trade exhibition spaces are available at ASM2023.

Exposure on Promotional Material

  • Your company logo, a 100-word profile and with a link to your company’s home page will be promoted on the conference website from the time the sponsorship payment is received.
  • Sponsor logo on PowerPoint slide displayed during the conference breaks.

Complimentary Registrations

  • Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations to staff the table (includes all catering breaks)
  • Access to electronic delegate list (name, position and organisation) one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference (subject to delegate consent).
  • Dinner tickets on the Tuesday night are not included with the exhibitor package. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to purchase tickets separately, with discounts for tables of 10.

Trade Exhibition

  • Furniture: one trestle table and 2 chairs if required
  • Power: one single power outlet per table (4amp)
  • Flooring: existing venue flooring
