VENUE INFORMATION
The 2024 ANZSOM ASM will be held in the National Ballroom at Hotel Realm, 18 National Circuit, Canberra ACT. The exhibition and all catering breaks will be held in National Ballroom 3&4.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries will be accepted no earlier than Thursday 19 October. Burbury Close Loading Bay is the only delivery point for all goods. The loading dock is accessible from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Please ensure you attach this delivery label to every item being delivered to the venue.
The Hotel does not offer any warranty on the security of items. All materials and supplies delivered to the hotel are at the sender’s own risk. Hotel staff will not confirm delivery, your chosen courier company will confirm the delivery of goods.
Exhibitor’s materials will be moved to the event area by hotel staff during exhibitor bump-in.
At the conclusion of event, all items will be removed from the event area by the exhibitors. Items remaining will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the hotel.
Properly labelled materials will be accepted by hotel staff and held at the loading dock for 1 working day for pick up. Hotel staff will not affix labels or arrange couriers or confirm pick up. This must be done by exhibitors only.

Exhibition Space Allocation
Please refer to your email for your allocated trestle table number.
Exhibition Table Set Up
All exhibitors will have access to the exhibition space from 7.00am on Monday 23 October 2023 for set up. Please note registration for delegates will open from 8.00am in the foyer space.
We recommend exhibitors hand carry their stock from the car park to their exhibition trestle space on the morning of bump in.
Exhibition Space Size
Trestle table measurements are 1.8m x 0.45m. There is ample space beside each table for pull-up banners and other items, but we ask that you keep your display under 3m wide to keep it fair for all exhibitors.
Exhibition Space Pack Down
The exhibition space will be able to be packed down post afternoon tea at 3.30pm on Wednesday 25 October.
Site Visits
Please note the majority of delegates will be departing on site visits from 2pm on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 October. There will be a small amount of delegates that remain for afternoon workshops, but you are not required to be at your exhibition table during these.
PARKING
Parking rates at the Hotel Realm are as follows:
0 – 1 hour free
1 – 1.5 hours $3.00
1.5 – 2 hours $5.00
2 – 3 hours $7.00
3 – 4 hours $10.00
4 – 5 hours $12.00
5 + hours $20.00
5:00 pm to 5:00 am is free of charge every day and weekends are free of charge parking. Access to the car park is via Burbury Close directly off Bourke Street or Sydney Avenue. Please note the car park facilities are managed by Wilson's Parking and all further enquiresmust be directed to their office.
INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Upload and download speed for the complimentary WiFi is approximately 200 Mbps +

EXHIBITION INCLUSIONS
Your exhibition space includes the following:
- 1 x Trestle Table with a black cloth
- 2 x Chairs
- Flooring is existing venue carpet
Please ensure you bring along signage for your exhibition space as signage is not included. Any existing wall mounted GPOs within Hotel Realm are available for use without charge.
All electrical equipment entering Hotel Realm must comply with Australian Standards. All electrical equipment used, including extension cords, must be tagged and tested. The outward sign of compliance with the Act will be the equipment’s electrical test tag, compliant with AS3760: 2003.
PUBLIC LIABILITY
Please send your company's Public Liability certificate of currency to Mika at [email protected] prior to 16 October 2023.
REGISTRATION
Your exhibition space includes two (2) complimentary full conference registrations (including all catering breaks). Dinner tickets on the Tuesday night are not included with the exhibitor package. You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets separately.
Please complete your registrations by Monday 2 October on the link below. This form allows you to complete a single or group registration, purchase additional social function tickets, and book accommodation.
EXHIBITOR PRIZE DRAW
A great way to encourage delegates to visit your table and to collect contact information is to run a prize draw. Some prize draw options that you may wish to consider include:
- Business card draw: delegates must provide their business card to enter the draw.
- Question and answer draw: delegates must answer a question about your company to enter the draw. This question can be included on a competition form which is collected from your booth. This encourages people to find out about you!
- Raffle ticket draw: delegates must collect a raffle ticket from your booth to enter the draw
If you wish to organise and run your own prize draw please email the details of your draw and prize(s) to [email protected] so that the details can be included in announcements at the conference. Prizes will be drawn in the final session on Wednesday 25 October.
LEAD CAPTURE APP
All exhibitors will have access to our lead management system through the attendee app. All delegates will have a contact QR code on their name tag and app (under the contact QR code tab). As a way of exchanging details with the attendees, exhibitors can utilise the "Scan Leads" tab in the app to scan delegate QR codes.
From here, all your leads will be automatically stored in the exhibition portal. At the conclusion of the event, Iceberg Events will email you your leads report.
Exhibitor passport
Please make sure you are scanning all delegates that visit your booth as points are awarded for each scanned visit. There will be a prize given to the delegate with the most points.
