Conference Checklist

Make sure you are ready to attend and exhibit at the Conference by completing the below check-list. 

2x Complimentary registrations complete? 

  • If not, complete your registrations here by no later than Friday 31 January.

Completed and submitted exhibitor requirements form? 

  • If not, please complete and submit here by no later than Friday 31 January.

Completed and returned Sea World Resort food and beverage sampling application form?

Sourced and posted your information package to Sea World Resort? (Information Pack ONLY)

  • If not, please ensure your item is delivered on Thursday, 19 March 2020, as the delegate packs will be packed on Friday, 20 March 2020. We cannot guarantee that items received after Thursday, 19 March 2020 will be included in the packs.  

Fascia signage form completed and returned?

  • If not, please log-in to the ExpoNet OEK portal to complete before 28 February 2020. Click here to log-in. You will receive your username and password from ExpoNet via direct email in late January. 

Exhibition booth furniture hired from ExpoNet (if required)?

  • If not, please log-in to the ExpoNet OEK portal to place your order or contact the exhibitor services department directly on 02 9645 7000 or esd@exponet.com.au to order your furniture and more. Click here to log-in.

All exhibition electrical items have been tested and tagged?

Flights and transfers arranged to and from Gold Coast (or Brisbane)? 

  • A reminder that flights and transfers are not included for suppliers and must be arranged at your own expense.

All Cornetts Staff attending the conference will be split into small groups of 8-10 people and allocated 20 minutes with each supplier (each exhibitor is allocated a block of time. You will be emailed a list of delegates and the time that they are assigned to visit your booth closer to the conference.

Information Pack Inclusions 

Information Pack suppliers will have the opportunity to include an information pack for distribution directly to our store managers and executives during the Saturday internal sessions.

Information Pack items must be delivered to Sea World Resort on Thursday, 19 March 2020, as the delegate packs will be packed on Friday, 20 March ready for distribution to Cornetts staff on Saturday 21 March. 
We cannot guarantee that items received after Thursday, 19 March 2020 will be included in the packs.   

Information packs can include product update information flyers, fact sheets and statistics, price lists, promotional material or samples etc.

EXHIBITION - EXPONET

ExpoNet has been appointed as the official supplier for the exhibition and look forward to meeting your booth equipment and furniture needs. 

Each exhibition booth is 3m x 3m octanorm structures and comes with a fascia sign, lighting and 1 x power outlet.

Fascia Signage

Your completed fascia signage order form is due by Friday 28 February 2020. Please return your completed form via the online exhibitor portal here.

Complimentary Furniture (BY REQUEST ONLY)

We are able to offer you 1x trestle table and 2x chairs complimentary for your booth. Further to this we are able to provide chairs for the delegates in front of your stand. 

To take advantage of this offer you must request these items by completing and submitting the exhibitor requirements form here. If you do not pre-request these items via the exhibitor requirements form they will not be made available to you.

Exhbition - Bump In & Out

Exhibiting Sunday, 22 March 2020

Bump In: Sunday, 22 March 2020 from 6am in SWRCC 2 & 3
Bump Out: Sunday, 22 March 2020 from 3.30pm-4.30pm upon conclusion of the trade show
 
All booths must be set up by no later than 7.45am on Sunday for you to attend the opening session in SWRCC 1 at 8.00am.

Please note that your booth will be used by a different supplier on Monday, 23 March so nothing can be left in your booth after 4.30pm.

Exhibiting Monday, 23 March 2020

Bump In: Monday, 23 March 2020 from 6am in SWRCC 2 & 3
Bump Out: Monday, 23 March 2020 from 2.30pm - 3.15pm upon conclusion of the trade show (if you are presenting in the first or second session, you may pack down during the other sessions provided this is discreet and quite)

All booths must be set up by no later than 7.45am on Monday in time for the trade to commence at 8.00am.

Your booth must be cleared by 3.15pm in time to meet for the Monday afternoon activity bus transfer at 3.30pm. Please note that your booth will be used by a different supplier on Tuesday, 24 March so nothing can be left in your booth after 3.15pm.

Exhibiting Tuesday, 24 March 2020

Bump In: Tuesday, 24 March 2020 from 6am in SWRCC 2 & 3
Bump Out: Tuesday, 24 March 2020 from 12.05pm-1.00pm upon conclusion of the trade show

All booths must be set up by no later than 7.45am on Tuesday in time for the trade to commence at 8.00am.

Exhibition - Deliveries to Sea World Resort Conference Centre

Delivery: all items can be delivered from Thursday, 19 March 2020 (48 hours prior to event commencement)
Collection: all items must be collected by 1.00pm Wednesday, 25 March 2020

All items must be clearly labelled with the exhibition delivery docket, please ensure you include your allocated booth number and assigned trade show date so that your deliveries can be moved to your booth on the day that you are exhibiting. Please ensure this label is attached to all boxes being delivered to the venue.

The loading dock is open from 9.00am - 1.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.00am – 12.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Deliveries will not be accepted outside of these times.

Please advise Iceberg Events by completing the Exhibitor Requirements Form of any items being delivered to the venue so each item can be tracked to the Conference.

For collection of goods, please ensure all items are clearly labelled with the name of the company, event name and collection date. Please use the following return delivery label when attaching your couriers consignment note to any outgoing freight. 

Refrigeration Requirements 

If you are delivering product for your booth that requires refrigeration onsite please complete the exhibitor requirements form here. You will need to provide stock details (product type, quantity/size and delivery ETA) to arrange this. 

A cool room & freezer will be available for your stock storage from 9am Friday, 20 March until 1pm Wednesday, 25 March. Please ensure your stock is delivered and collected within this time frame. 

Left-Over Stock and Samples

If you have left over stock at the conclusion of your trade day we ask that you action one of the following and advise Iceberg Events of your preferred procedure by completing the Exhibitor Requirements Form.  

  • Return courier: all items must be left within your booth packaged with signed consignment notes attached to each item. Hotel staff will not complete or sign courier documents 
  • Donate: please leave items within your booth package and labelled clearly as donations, these items will then be collected by OzHarvest.
  • Rubbish: please leave items within your booth package and labelled clearly as rubbish.

INFORMATION PACKS - DELIVERY INFORMATION TO SEA WORLD RESORT CONFERENCE CENTRE

Delivery: all items can be delivered from Thursday, 19 March 2020 (48 hours prior to event commencement)
