When at the venue, delegates in the room will be able to connect their device to the "Listen Everywhere" network and then use the app. All the meeting rooms will appear on the app and delegates simply select the room they are in and the sound from that room will come through their device.
For those delegates who already have a Bluetooth link from their phones to their hearing aids, they will be able to hear the audio via this link.
Delegates who require personal interpreter/aide services will need to register their support to attend. Deafblind delegates must find and pay for their own personal interpreters.
A reduced fee is available to register a personal interpreter/aide. You can add their registration on the webform when completing your registration via the online forms. If you have already registered and wish to add a personal interpreter/aide, please contact us.

There is the park/grass area next door should anyone want to take their dogs outside (Jarriparilla Cove).

There will be volunteers present at the conference venue throughout the entire event. You will recognise them easily in their blue t-shirts. Some volunteers have Auslan experience. This is clearly marked on their t-shirt. All other volunteers will be able to help with any general assistance you may require.
