Conference registration

Earlybird registration: on or before 31 March 2019.
Standard registration: on or after 1 April 2019.

*Attendees from nations classified as low-income by The World Bank are eligible for discounted registration. Click here for more information.

**You must send a copy of your concession ID (student or pensioner) to the Conference Organisers upon completion of your registration.

**Concession registration also includes healthcare consumers - these are individuals who use health services and representatives of bona fide consumer organisations who are not employed by a health service provider in any other capacity than as a consumer representative. You must send a copy of your Australian Health Care Card to the Conference Organisers upon completion of your registration.

Full conference registration

Full conference registration includes:

  • attendance to all conference sessions and trade exhibition on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (August 13-16, 2019)
  • daytime catering on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (August 13-16, 2019)
  • a conference satchel containing the Conference Program
  • attendance to the Welcome Reception (Monday August 12, 2019)

Tickets to the pre-conference DbI Network Workshops (Sunday August 11 and Monday August 12) and Conference Dinner (Thursday August 15) are in addition to your registration and may be purchased when you register.

Day-only registration

Day only conference registration includes:

  • attendance to sessions and daytime catering on the day of your registration
  • access to the trade exhibition on the day of your registration
  • a conference satchel containing the Conference Program.

Tickets to the pre-conference DbI Network Workshops (Sunday August 11 and Monday August 12), the Welcome Reception (Monday August 12) and Conference Dinner (Thursday August 15) are in addition to your day only registration and may be purchased when you register.

Please note:

  • One webform per delegate is to be completed.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and includes 10% GST.
  • Payment options include credit card or Tax Invoice with 7 day payment term.
  • If you are paying by credit card your statement will display as a transaction with Iceberg Events. A 1.70% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
  • Oral and poster presenters are to register via the separate online form provided to you from the Conference Organisers.

PRE-CONFERENCE DBI NETWORK Workshops

Pre-conference DbI Network Workshops will be held on Sunday August 11 and Monday August 12, 2019. The workshops are in addition to the full conference and day registration. The workshops can be selected when you register via the registration webform.

Accommodation at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort via the conference group block is now sold out. The Conference Organisers recommend delegates source accommodation via direct bookings with local hotels. 

If you have secured an accommodation booking at the conference venue via Iceberg Events and wish to make an enquiry, contact the Conference Organisers.
