**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**

Registration: Registration fees for the Family Law Retreat are being charged in Australian Dollars. By completing your registration you have confirmed your attendance at the Retreat and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.

Registration cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. No refunds will be provided for a cancellation however, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly. 

COVID cancellation: So you can book in confidence knowing that if the conference cannot proceed due to COVID issues, or if you are precluded from attending due to border closures, then you will receive a full refund of your registration and accommodation fees, less a $110 administration fee that will need to be paid to the conference management company. Should cancellation of accommodation occur within 7 days prior to check-in, Peppers Noosa may retain 10% of the full accommodation fee.

The Family Law Retreat Conference Organising Team is not liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs associated with cancellation of the conference or inability to attend due to government restrictions or border closures. Personal or company insurance policies should be referred to in these circumstances.

Accommodation bookings: To take advantage of the discounted accommodation rates, bookings must be made via Iceberg Events. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events: [email protected] – not direct with the hotel. Any bookings outside of the Retreat dates (being in Thursday 25 November, out Sunday 28 November) will be subject to the hotels' availability and best available daily rate. If you would like to book a longer stay, please do so via the registration form and you will be contacted by Iceberg Events if there are any cost differences advised by the hotel. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no-show) will incur penalties. 

Full payment for your entire stay must be received before accommodation will be confirmed. If payment for bookings has not been received 30 days out from the event, your accommodation booking will be released.

A block of accommodation is held for this event, at the prices advertised. Occasionally, the accommodation block shown will be exceeded by a rush of last minute bookings. Should this occur, every effort will be made to acquire more rooms at the rate advertised, at the same, or similar (nearby) venue. Should we be unable to acquire more rooms at a rate equal to or less than the advertised rate, your accommodation deposit will be refunded to you. We will communicate with you throughout this process.

Accommodation cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events before 25 October 2021. Refunds will not be made on cancellations on or after this date due to group booking policies. Substitutes are welcome. 

Insurance: Insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Retreat Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disclaimer: The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Retreat Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Retreat Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Privacy: FLPA and/or the Retreat Organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to the Family Law Retreat. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance to these terms. We will treat your information with respect.
