Additional networking opportunities with delegates exist at social functions including the welcome reception, technical tours, and gala dinner as well as the optional Outback Spectacular dinner & show and the optional Australia Zoo social day (if purchased).

Wednesday is a joint plenary session with the World Hospital Congress 2018, held in the Great Hall, BCEC - there is no IFHE exhibition this day.

PARTNERSHIp terms and conditions

  • Acceptance of offer is strictly by completion of Partnership Agreement Form.
  • Payment is required within 7 business days of receiving the partnership tax invoice supplied by Iceberg Events.
  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the congress organisers, Iceberg Events.
  • Cancellations 6 months prior to the congress (6 April 2018), 50% of total partnership will apply as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after 3 months prior to the congress (6 July 2018), will not be refunded.
  • Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation.
  • Booth locations will be allocated according to the level of the partnership package first, followed by the order in which partnerships are booked.
  • By selecting your booth preferences, you understand that it is an indication only and is subject to availability and change. The Event Manager will confirm your final booth allocation 4-6 weeks prior to the congress.
