Iceberg Events has received the following advice from The Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP):
- Payment of registration fees onsite to attend an event in Australia is not permitted. You must produce a copy of your confirmation of registration letter and tax invoice to the Australian Visa Office at time of lodging your visa application.
- A tax invoice with the confirmation of registration letter, can only be provided to a delegate of proposed event participant on full payment of the registration fees.
- Information regarding registered delegates is provided to the DIBP. It is the DIBP that processes Australian visa applications.
- Visa applicants must satisfy all of the necessary application criteria and requirements. The event organiser does not have any influence in the visa application process.
A letter of invitation is no longer required by the Australian Department of Immigration & Border Protection (DIBP) in order to process Visa applications, and will not be provided to you.
IFHE, IHEA and the Congress Organisers hold no responsibility for the application and process of any entry requirements to the country.
