All booths must be completed by 5.00pm on Wednesday in time for arrival of delegates to the Welcome Reception & Trade Night occurring in the exhibition space from 5.30pm that evening.
All exhibitors will be able to pack down their booth at the conclusion of lunch at 1.00pm on Friday 11 October or following the conclusion of conference sessions on Friday.
All booths must be vacated by 3.30pm as they will be dismantled by the exhibition supplier following this time.
Exhibition Supplier - Exponet
Exponet are the appointed exhibition supplier for the conference and look forward to meeting your furniture and equipment needs.
Exponet has developed an Online Exhibitors Kit (OEK) for ease of ordering your exhibition requirements for the event. Exponet Exhibitor Services will forward the link, username and password for the OEK soon after you receive your exhibitor manual. Please use the OEK to complete the forms for your stand requirements, including fascia and signage, lighting and power, stand modifications, shelving, slatwall, furniture and audio visual.

- Specify whether you will access via Gate C or Loading Dock Entrance
No details/names = no access
All goods being delivered to the conference venue (ANZ Stadium Sydney) for your booth display must have the conference incoming delivery docket attached to each item being sent. Items without this delivery docket will not be accepted.
ANZ Stadium Sydney will accept deliveries on 7th & 8th October 2019 between 8am-2pm.
Please ensure courier trucks have a tail lift feature.
Please proceed to ANZ Stadium Loading Dock Entrance located along 15 Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park (photo shown on page 2). Buzz in at the boom gate and advise your name & company to security. Your name & company must be registered by 4th October 2019. No names, no entry. See above registration instructions.
Trucks must arrive at different intervals to avoid congestion inside the stadium. A maximum of 2 trucks at a time is permitted. Drop off only, no parking onsite. If you do not require Loading Dock Access, then please park at P1 Car Park (parking fees apply) and walk to Gate C of ANZ Stadium which is opens at 2pm and closes at 5pm. Metered street parking is also available.
VEHICLE CIRCULATION ACROSS THE PRECINCT AREAS EXTERNAL TO ANZ STADIUM IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION FROM THE STADIUM AND THE SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK AUTHORITY – FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS INSTRUCTION COULD LEAD TO PENALTY NOTICES AND ASSOCIATED FINES BEING IMPOSED.
All exhibitors must be offsite by 6:30pm on 11th October. Please let the event coordinator know if you will need access to pick any additional items up on 12th October.
Loading Dock Entrance off Edwin Flack Avenue
Turn left and buzz in at intercom (ensure your name is registered to the venue prior)
Look out for your event signage inside stadium regarding parking allocation
Once parked, locate green service lift inside stadium near Bay 12, and take it up to Level 4
ANZ Stadium does not provide equipment for hire such as chairs, tables, stools etc. Please contact the exhibition provider, Exponet, to enquire about equipment hire.
ANZ Stadium requires written notice for use of any of the following during an event at least 4 weeks in advance:
- Smoke or Snow machines
- Flammable substances
- Welding or cutting equipment
- Machinery equipment
- Scientific equipment etc.
The above equipment will need to be approved by ANZ Stadium management. If your equipment is approved, then you will receive an approval email by an ANZ Stadium Representative.
Test & Tag
All electrical power cords and appliances are to be tested and tagged prior to arrival at the stadium. ANZ Stadium do not provide Test & Tag services at the stadium. We recommend contacting Testel Safety Testing Services - firstname.lastname@example.org. ANZ Stadium do not lend out power cords or power boards.
If you wish to courier any items after the conference, each item must be packaged up and must have a signed consignment note attached for your courier company. Note: the venue and/or organisers will not sign consignment notes on your behalf, therefore these must be completed prior to your departure from the venue. All couriers must be arranged by the exhibitor and at the exhibitor’s expense. Please arrange for your courier to collect items from ANZ Stadium Sydney within 48hrs after the conclusion of the event.
