Matthew Kennedy

Matt Kennedy is the Group Leader for Safety and Systems Assurance in the Frazer-Nash Consultancy Adelaide office. During a 20 year career in the Royal Australian Air Force he contributed to a wide range of technical projects and programs, developing and integrating complex systems with safety critical consequences should things have gone wrong. Matt also spent time working within the Defence Aviation Safety Regulator, overseeing the implementation and application of technical regulations by a mix of Defence and commercial engineering and operating organisation. Since leaving Defence Matt has continued to pursue the application of effective and appropriate safety management systems in high criticality industries. He has provided support to the management of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, has contributed to developing robust safety arguments in rail programs, and continues to support Defence safety policy improvement.
