The opportunity to co-brand the Conference App with the IHEA, your logo will appear on the introductory screen of the App. A promotional conference e-newsletter will be sent to attending delegates announcing when delegates can download the sponsored app from iTunes or Android stores. The app will be free to download for all delegates. The app will contain the conference program, speaker & sponsor profiles and much more!

Promotional emails:

• Conference App Sponsor logo to appear on all promotional emails
• 2 x dedicated emails to conference attendees 1-3 weeks prior to the conference announcing the app for download, showcasing app sponsor logo

Acknowledgement of Sponsorship at the Conference

• App Sponsor logo to appear on dedicated 'download the app' signage and PowerPoint slides
• Verbal recognition of sponsorship during the opening plenary session of each conference day
• App sponsor logo to appear on PowerPoint slides during the opening session
• Clearly identified as the App Sponsor on your name badge

Attendance List

• Electronic delegate list (name, position, and organisation) to be made available 1 week prior to the conference, and final delegate list post conference subject to delegate consent.

Sponsor Entitlements

• Two (2) x complimentary conference registrations, where registration includes attendance at the welcome reception, plenary sessions and conference dinner
• One (1) insert (promotional flyer or corporate gift) to be placed into the conference satchel bag. Promotional flyer must be no larger than A4 size. Any corporate branded gifts must be approved by the conference organisers.
