Full Conference Registration
Full Conference Registration includes attendance to all conference sessions and the trade area, daytime catering on Monday and Tuesday and a conference satchel containing the conference handbook. Full registration also includes the Conference Dinner on Monday 17 November 2014.

Group Registration Discount
Organisations registering 4 or more individuals can take advantage of a group registration discount. This registration entitles organisations to $50 off the member registration rate for each individual. To register a group, please email the details of all individuals to Krysty Monks at Krysty@icebergevents.com.au.
day only Registration
Day Only Registration includes attendance to all conference sessions and the trade area on the day of registration, daytime catering on the day of registration, and the conference handbook. Day Only Registration does not include attendance at the Conference Dinner on Monday 17th November 2014.

Additional Conference dinner tickets
The Conference Dinner will be held on Monday 17th November at Glen Ewin Estate in Adelaide, Australia. A ticket to the Conference Dinner is included in all full conference registrations and includes transfers to and from the conference dinner venue. Additional dinner tickets can be purchased for accompanying people or Day Only Registrations.

The Centre for Online Health reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated at www.sftconference.com ASAP.
Cancellations and refunds
Payment is required by 13 October 2014 (special arrangements can be made). All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events in writing prior to 13 October 2014 – a $55 administration fee will be retained. Cancellations received on or after 13 October 2014 will not be refunded. although substitute delegates are welcome. Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel’s policies. please see the accommodation terms and conditions here.
