Terms & conditions

Hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival on group block bookings held for conferences and therefore any bookings made after Friday, 9 October will be subject to availability. Iceberg Events and SFT-15 cannot be held responsible if all rooms at special rates are unavailable. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration and payment.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

Hotels will also be enforcing strict cancellations policies for any rooms booked over the period for this event. Iceberg Events and the Conference take no responsibility for cancellation fees incurred. Please refer to the individual hotel information listed above for their cancellation policies. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no-show) will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection. Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation.

Full payment for your entire stay must be received before accommodation will be confirmed.  If payment for bookings has not been received 30 days out from the event, your accommodation booking will be released.

Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel's policy. All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organisers, Iceberg Events: [email protected]. There will be no refunds after Friday, 9 October 2015.
