Full Registration Costs

Full Conference Registration includes attendance to all conference sessions and the trade area, daytime catering on Thursday and Friday and a conference satchel containing the conference handbook. Full registration also includes the Conference Dinner on Thursday, 12 November 2015. Earlybird closes on Wednesday 30 September 2015.

Day Only Registration Costs

Day Only Registration includes attendance to all conference sessions and the trade area on the day of registration, daytime catering on the day of registration, and the conference handbook. Day Only Registration does not include attendance at the Conference Dinner on Thursday, 12 November 2015. Student Registrations must provide valid student ID to Krysty Monks at [email protected]

ADDITIONAL Conference dinner TICKETS

The Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday, 12 November 2015 in the Boulevard Room at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC). The Conference Dinner ticket is included in all full registrations. Additional Conference Dinner tickets can be purchased for day only registrations or accompanying persons.

Terms & Conditions, Cancellations & Refunds

Registration
Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund of Conference registration fees and social functions will be made on all cancellations received before 14 October 2015 less a $55 administration fee. Accommodation cancellations may or may not incur fees, it is dependent on the hotel's policies. There will be no refunds on or after 14 October 2015 although substitute delegates are welcome. 

Accommodation
Hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival on group block bookings held for conferences and therefore any bookings made after 17 October (30 days prior to event) will be subject to availability. Iceberg Events and SFT-15 cannot be held responsible if all rooms at special rates are unavailable. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration and payment.

Cancellations & Refunds
Hotels will also be enforcing strict cancellations policies for any rooms booked over the period for this event. Iceberg Events and the Conference take no responsibility for cancellation fees incurred. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no-show) will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection.

Full payment for your entire stay must be received before accommodation will be confirmed.  If payment for hotel bookings has not been received 30 days out from the event, your accommodation booking will be released. Any changes to your booking must be made via email to Iceberg Events ([email protected]) – not direct with the hotel.

Privacy Policy
For networking purposes SFT may make the name and contact details of each attendee available to delegates in the form of a delegate list. In addition, your contact information may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the conference. Please advise if you do not wish for this to occur.
