Dr Liam Caffery

Senior Research Fellow, Centre for Online Health, The University of Queensland

Liam is a Senior Research Fellow and Director of Telehealth Technology for The University of Queensland’s Centre for Online Health. His research is centred on pragmatic trials of telehealth services with a special interest in the use of telehealth for Indigenous health and rural healthcare delivery. Liam also has an active research agenda in health informatics, in particular, in digital imaging of the skin for melanoma diagnosis. Previously he was the Manager of Medical Imaging Informatics at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and a diagnostic radiographer.
