The SFT-21 conference committee has made the difficult decision to run the 2021 SFT conference as a virtual event. With the current and often changing situation with COVID, planning any travel across State borders is extremely challenging, and we believe will severely impact on the viability and value of the planned face-to-face conference in November.

SFT is more important than ever before so don’t miss your opportunity to be part of the exciting developments as we watch, share and learn about a rapidly changing healthcare environment – and help to promote the increasing uptake of telehealth and digital health care on a national and international scale.

Changing over to a fully virtual conference is not what we had originally planned, but we will make the most of the opportunity and possibly increase our attendance with delegates from around Australia and overseas now able to participate. Our virtual conference will be offered via Zoom – and there will be a fully organised approach to running plenary and concurrent sessions, panel sessions, poster sessions and discussions with Q&A. We will be encouraging everyone to get involved – so mark the dates in your diary, and encourage your colleagues to register and attend.
