Being Queensland born and bred, revisiting home towns while singing car karaoke are particularly enjoyable perks of Anita’s role at the Telehealth Emergency Management Support Unit (TEMSU). Anita has diverse knowledge of Nursing and Midwifery practice settings with a background in caseload and core midwifery, aeromedical retrieval, tertiary bed management and complementary therapies. In her current role as a Clinical Midwifery Consultant with TEMSU, she strives to support rural Queenslanders through telehealth support models by educating and encouraging clinicians to be friends with technology
