Senior Research Scientist, CSIRO Australian e-Health Research Centre

Sankalp is a Senior Research Scientist in the Health Data Analytics team at the CSIRO Australian e-Health Research Centre. His research is focussed on applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to model, analyse, predict, simulate and optimise patient flow through Australian public hospitals. His research interests include Applied Artificial Intelligence, Prediction and Forecasting, Planning and Scheduling, Multi Agent Systems, Distributed Constraint Reasoning, and Decision Making and Learning under Uncertainty.

He is a Senior Adjunct Research Fellow at Griffith University, and a member of the Pacific Rim International Conference on Artificial Intelligence(PRICAI) Steering Committee, and Health Informatics Society of Australia (HISA).
